Color filter array layouts for CImage::loadFromBayerBuffer().

Each name lists the colors of the top-left 2x2 block in row-major order, e.g. RGGB means R at (0,0), G at (1,0) and (0,1), B at (1,1). These match the ROS bayer_* encoding names.
