struct mrpt::topography::TDatumHelmert2D_TOPCON

Overview

Same transformation as TDatumHelmert2D, but with the affine transformation coefficients given directly, following the convention used by TOPCON equipment/software: [ X Y ]_WGS84 = [ a b; -b a ] [ X Y ]_local + [ c d ].
